I just had to share this. Our son, Henry, turned six years old in October, and he LOVES to draw. He definitely takes after his artist dad.
He’s been drawing pirates and ships for what feels like forever, and he’s improved a lot. He adds details like crazy now, and makes super elaborate drawings.
He’s started drawing a lot of holiday-themed pictures.
Well, this is what he drew today…

It’s a complete Christmas/Santa scene, complete with trees, reindeer, and presents falling from the sky. The bubble in the middle? That’s where I transcribed his Christmas list.
