The sky and ground and everything in between is a dull, gloomy opposite-of-bright collection of colors in the fall. I love it, though. I love living in the country where we can leave the fallen, crunchy leaves on the ground to pile them and scatter them and enjoy them.
For my birthday, my parents cleaned up my very neglected flower garden, got it ready for the winter, and added splashes of color in the form of potted fall mums. They are a bright spot, for sure.
Through The Lens Thursday is a self-improvement photography project that I’m doing again this year.
Next week’s prompt is SMILE!
Soooo pretty! Now that I have a fancy new camera, I need to catch up on all the TLTT prompts I've missed! (like er, 20)
I always love the look of potted mums, but I never get them for some reason. They're so pretty!
I've been meaning to buy a few pots of mums to add to my rather neglected front yard. I have yet to do so and don't even know if I can still get any. There is always so much green everywhere that I love a little pop of color.
gorgeous! perfect spot of brightness.
I am so far behind!!! I took my camera out today for the first time in weeks.
It\’s just so much easier to keep it put away, but man is it satisfying to get it out. 🙂
Lovely! I love mums, but I always forget to water them when it gets chilly. Poor things.
