I drive the road to my kids’ school twice a day, past a lot of fields and this old barn. I’ve taken pictures of it several times with my phone. I don’t know why I love it so much….but I especially love it when there are birds sitting on top of it. I didn’t edit this at all, except to crop it a little.

On Mother’s Day, I asked the kids to plant some Easter lily plants that my grandma had given me. The dug the holes and put them in, just before it got chilly and rained. (Ivy still used the little garden tool after it bent over on itself)

For Mother’s Day (before we decided to get a new car), I asked for a 35mm lens for my camera, so that’s what I used for the garden pictures.
