This week has been better, but no less exhausting. The dog hasn’t made any improvement, and has woken me up nearly every night whining or scooting himself around, and I feel like I have another infant to take care of. This is why I’ll never have five children, people.

On Sunday, one of my oldest friends (we met at orientation before ninth grade started), came up to KC from Arkansas. We got to spend the afternoon together (along with her husband).

This just pretty much sums up the three year old…..pretty and terrifying, all wrapped up in one small attitude-filled package.

We actually did have a couple of really warm, sunshiny days this week. The little two and I played outside quite a bit.
May 1
And then it got cold. After our weekly story time group, we played outside for a little while, but it was already starting to get windy and chilly.
May 2
And then it snowed. If you don’t have anything nice to say about Mother Nature, don’t say anything at all. (Those are car seats full of vomit. Don’t ask.)
May 3
We had an inside-all-day day, and did things like fill our hair with hair clips.
May 4
We had our first rehearsal for Listen To Your Mother at Unity Temple, where the show will take place. I’m so lucky to be a part of this amazing group of women, and can’t wait for Saturday. (Don’t let this picture fool you….the sun hardly came out all day)
There are a lot of fun things planned this coming week, and it’s supposed to warm back up! Spring, come back to us! We love you!!
We've had a few inside all day days this past week too with all the rain we've been getting. Pretty crazy weather everywhere! Hope the sun will be back for you guys.
Hee, love the scary, pretty 3 year old picture 🙂
LTYM real soon, good luck and so excited for you!
Sorry to hear that your dog is still not doing better. Hopefully things start to improve soon. And I hope that spring comes back quickly – snow in May is no fun at all!
