This is a short week, since I wrapped up the year on Monday. I hope everyone is off to a great 2013! I’m trying to make “fun” a habit this year, and that includes capturing the fun that is to be had.
Jan. 1
New Year’s Day. We stayed up way too late on NYE, so it was sort of a low key “recovery” day, the last day of hubs’ vacation from work. I continued to try to clean and organize the house after all of our trips, but it seems like a job that never ends. Literally. But then I spent the day with my mom (much to hubs’ chagrin) and we went to see Les Miserables. It was a much-needed break.

The last day of Christmas break. It seemed much shorter this year, and went by entirely too fast. But hey, I got my big girl camera out and actually took some pictures with it!
Jan. 3
The first day back to school for the big two, and a lazy day for me and the little two. I call it a success that I changed Little Dude out of his two-day-old pajamas.

Essie claims that she wants to grow her bangs out, so we have to clip them back, especially when they’re wet. She always chooses small, subtle clips.
Jan. 5
Ivy spent the morning with her grandma, shopping at the “Jayhawk store”. I love how excited she is!
Cuteness. So, pjs for two days in the winter is totally ok, right? Whew. Good.
I love all of these. Your kids are so adorable and that snow picture…awesome! My kids go back tomorrow and I.CAN'T.WAIT.
Love the pictures. Such a wonderful start to 2013
Um, totally awesome hair clip – I want one!
The hair clip is too adorable. Mine are all in school, and the oldest may or may not be here on any given day because he is 20 and grown and all, so he says. So I will be glad to have a day when it is just me here and no one else.
I love all of these! I was getting ready to say what I love about each one, but I thought that would be too much 🙂 And I swear I'm going to try to do this – maybe I'll start with my #iPPP post tomorrow!
