Wow, I’m behind. I blame it on being gone almost all weekend and planning for Henry’s birthday. So, now I’m catching up.
Oh, and I got a new camera lens for my birthday, so some of these pictures are actually pretty good (I think)!
AND, we would like to wish Nana a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We love you, and we’ll see you soon!

Uneventful Sunday. We spent it getting ready for school (which, as it turned out, was not in session on Monday!) and drawing stuff/building Legos/reading.
My sweet girl made us all love notes. She’s been really interested in knowing how to spell and write things lately, so all day long, we’re spelling words out for her and reminding her how to write certain letters. (This one says “Mama Ivy I <3 You”)

It was chilly this week and the big kids didn’t have school Monday, so we bundled up and burned off some energy outside.
Oct. 9
My 32nd birthday! Hubs left for a work trip that ended up lasting the rest of the week, but E. Belle helped me make some cupcakes.
Oct. 10
We brought Skeeter kitty home from his….ahem….de-balling. You couldn’t tell he had any work done by the way he was acting. You could tell he missed us, though, as snugly as he was. And if you see my pictures on Instagram, you know his girl Essie missed him!
Oct. 11
The day I got my new lens on the camera and started playing with it. Also the day Essie got the keyboard out and started playing with it again.
Also, fun with pumpkins.

Erv…always wearing his sisters’ stuff (always known as Last Baby Syndrome).

Because the weather screwed up our original (outdoor) plans, the girls and I went to see Hotel Transylvania at the theater and get some shopping done. Henry was invited, but he wasn’t sure the move wouldn’t scare him, so he spent the day with his cousins and grandparents instead.
Fun week! And yay for new lens!
Ohhh…new lenses!
I love that pumpkin picture.
My son is starting to somewhat write letters. He can write a mean "Kaytch"…H that is.
