We’ve officially moved into Fall, and the weather here has been GLORIOUS. Sunny sweater weather. Is there anything better?

Another Sunday afternoon at the track with the kids and my mom. This time, Henry was a robber and his sisters were the cops. Or something.

Wednesday. Wednesday was the day that I absolutely could not get enough of my boys. Henry wore his shirt and tie, and Ervin wore a hoodie to Story Time. Is there anything cuter than a toddler in a hoodie, except maybe a first grader in a tie?!

Speaking of Lord Vampire, Henry got his Halloween costume in the mail. Of course, he had to try it on (and pose) immediately.
Sept 20
I had a dentist appointment right after lunch. I had a little time, so I put on eyeliner and straightened my hair. I had to document it, since I hadn’t done either of those things in MONTHS. (By the way, ya’ll on instagram are really good for the self-esteem, because this is my most liked picture there EVER. So thanks for that!).
Then, after I got the kids to bed, I got on the treadmill and ruined my pretty hair. But it’s okay, because I jogged 3.1 miles. That’s 5K, you guys! YEOW!

We spent the day at the zoo with the whole family, plus Julie, Monkey, and an extra neighbor Monkey. Another absolutely perfect day to spend outside.
They really were excited to be there, I swear. Just maybe not excited to sit for a picture.

Thank you, Kimberly!! I can't believe how far I've come in a few weeks. It's exciting! The cool weather is AWESOME. I hope it sticks around for a while before it gets cold.

You are such the good mom. Mine keep pointing out costumes in the catalogs and I keep putting them off…. They just change their minds a hundred times. "By the way, ya’ll on instagram are really good for the self-esteem" That comment cracked me up. It is a great picture. I'm with you. I rarely put on make up and when I go looking for it, Hannah Kate has taken most of it to her room.
