We actually did some fun stuff this week!
Feb. 9
The big kids went with daddy to see the Lego movie while I stayed home with the little one. But the first showing sold out, so they hung out at the library for a while until the next one. (Photo by hubs)

There’s so much awesome to be had with 3D glasses.
Feb. 11
A popular breakfast (gf donuts and bacon) meant that the kids ate fast and we had time to do hair before school. Usually, we barely have time for ponytails.

The toddler has been…shall we say….argumentative lately? Really, it’s lucky for him that he’s so cute.
Feb. 13
The snow started to melt! Finally, after, like, two weeks! And because it wasn’t ridiculously cold, the youngest three went outside and had a blast.
Feb. 14
Valentine’s Day! I was a room mom for the morning preschool class (and for the first time, in charge of activities/games….eek). Then in the evening, we dropped the kids off at our church, where the confirmation class was babysitting for a donation, and went out for SUSHI.
Ervin also got to eat some of his sister’s treats that she couldn’t eat because they weren’t gluten free. She’s such a good sport about all of that, it’s amazing.

The girls and I decided to go paint some pottery. It was fun (and there was only one ceramic princess casualty)!
How was your week?
Yay for fun and snow-finally-melting!
I remember ceramic painting – now I miss it.
Sure looks like a fun week. I took the girls to see the Lego Movie and it was pretty cute but not one of my favorites! I've been thinking about taking my girls to a pottery place like that – I think, I really should!
Ahhh! The kids with the 3D glasses! They are like spies. Totally cute ones.
I will be lucky if the snow is melted by April. But we did get some sledding in, and our faces didn't hurt!
Why do I live in a place where the air hurts my face?
My hubby and son went to the Lego Movie – loved it!! It's all I have heard about all weekend.
and guess what — there are already Lego toys to buy Mom!!
yeah. *side eye*
